The voyages were made by tankers belonging to shipowners registered in the following countries: Greece, Turkey, UAE and Croatia.

In January-February 2025, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out at least 45 attacks targets on ports, oil and gas enterprises, and pipeline systems in the occupied Crimean Peninsula, on the coasts of Black, Azov, and Baltic Seas, and Russian Federation, which included at least: 39 attacks on oil refineries and oil depots, 2 on petrochemical plants, 4 on gas companies, 5 on ports, and 2 on ships. In total, at least 34 different oil facilities and 3 ports in RF have been attacked.
